Launched PolicyPro in 2012

Bobby’s singular focus with PolicyPro is to deliver world class service and industry leading savings to its customers. He accomplishes this goal by consistently delivering the best training to his people, providing an excellent culture, and producing quality sales opportunities to an industry leading sales force. He wanted to be a veterinarian growing up but realized this career choice would be his downfall financially, as he would likely adopt every stray or injured animal he encountered. However, this taught him a valuable lesson that your life’s initial passion is not always the best career move. Luckily, he found his second passion and PolicyPro was started in 2012 and has been bringing value to his customers ever since. Bobby is married with four children and four grandchildren. In his spare time, he is a professional backyard chef and part time auto enthusiast, who must admit he often gets along with dogs more than people..

Michelle Shobe

Operations Manager

Launched PolicyPro in 2012

Michelle has been with PolicyPro since its inception 9 years ago, when the company first launched. She began as a customer service representative, working her way up to a sales agent, then trainer and leading her into her current position as Operations Manager. She is honored to have the opportunity to grow and help build the company over the years. Michelle oversees both back office and sales, as well as help motivate and maintain the culture of PolicyPro. Outside of her busy career, Michelle is happily married with two amazing daughters. Her hobbies include church ministries, reading the occasional historical fiction, enjoying a bowl of Phó and playing Fortnite with her hubby. Something interesting about Michelle that most do not know is her ability to play drums, although not signed to a record label yet, she is very hopeful!

Lauren McNett

Manager

Lauren began her career with PolicyPro 8 years ago, on the ground floor with the company. She started out doing data entry and customer service jobs and eventually worked her way up to management. She has enjoyed helping and watching the company grow into what it is today. Her job as a manager is to ensure her team meets their expectations, along with staying engaged and motivated. At home, she is happily married and has four amazing kids. Most of her free time is spent supporting her kids in their extracurricular activities, but she would not change a thing. Yes, Lauren is a busy mom, but when no one is looking, she can be found in her Tahoe jamming out to some gangster rap.

Stacey Pennell

Manager

Joined PolicyPro in 2019

Stacey started with PolicyPro a year and a half ago and has loved her time there, working with such amazing people. Her journey started in the back office working the numbers and lots of spreadsheets, which she excels in (some pun intended). Stacey is well rounded, as she has worked in numerous capacities while working her way up to the management team. Her biggest joy in working for PolicyPro is being part of a strong company that is growing quickly, she never has to worry about being bored, she has the best team of people, and that great team continues to grow. Stacey is married with two kids; one is in college and the other is in high school. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends and watching her kids do what they love to do.

Kelly is a team player and a valued member of the PolicyPro team. Kelly is proud of her family; she has been married to same person for 33 years and has two grown kids and two grandsons. She is very crafty and is always working with a vast array of materials to create. She also loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

Ethan McNett

Administrative Support

Ethan is the youngest employee at Policy and handles administrative support and data entry. His goal is to one day move up and eventually take over the company. Ethan loves cars, guitars, and, in his free time, you can find him playing music, working on a car, or listening to a podcast. Ethan’s dream job is a Formula 1 driver.

Jennifer Frels

Joined PolicyPro in 2020

Jennifer was an elementary school teacher before joining the PolicyPro team. Although she is new to insurance, Jennifer is a lifelong learner and continues that dedication every day to learning all she can about the industry and assisting her customers. She wears numerous hats and works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly, including payroll, commissions, and bookkeeping.

Matthew Featherstone

Joined PolicyPro in 2020

Matt started his insurance journey at USAA and transitioned to PolicyPro in 2020 and loves the culture and freedom working for PolicyPro. He has won an ambassador award which is voted on by upper management and executives and it is only given out once per quarter. Also, he achieved top sales representative across multiple roles and companies, as well as employee of the month on several occasions. Matt was born in Canada and has over 10 years of customer service experience. He also LOVES animals and has an orange Uromastyx lizard named Cano. On a personal note, he hates long walks on the beach and his ideal vacation is staying home. Matthew is also married to his beautiful wife Stephanie.

Christina Roth

Christina Roth has worked in the Insurance Industry for over a decade working in the areas of Property and Casualty Sales and Underwriting. She has spent her years allowing her extensive training to turn into a passionate pursuit to help with advising and providing the proper coverage for each individual client need. Christina takes pride in her ability to make each encounter personal.

Christina enjoys family time, reading and cooking in her free time.
